ROBERT PLANTE Claims Adjuster / Technical Director
Robert Plante is president and technical director. Licensed by the AMF as an all lines adjuster, Robert has 37 years of experience in the adjustment and claims management arena. As technical director, he is responsible for all of the firms insurance, compliance and regulatory matters.
MIRELLA SPIRIDIGLIOZZI, Financial Director
Mirella Spiridigliozzi is vice-president and the firm's administrative director. Besides managing workflow, she validates the accuracy of all our databases as well as all claims related financial transactions.
GINA COLANGELO, Vice President and COO
Gina has recently joined RPMX. A proud ambassador for REVAU, she has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, including as an examiner, field adjuster, third party administrator for Lloyds and manager.
SANDRA FESTOSO, Administrative assistant
Sandra Festoso joined the firm in 2008 and acts as an administrative assistant. She is also the liaison officer between clients, partners and the actual claim managers.
JOSÉE LAUZON, Claims Co-ordinator
Josée has just joined the RPMX team but has worked for several years at GroupAssur now REVAU. Her dynamism, organizational skills and professional curiosity make her an essential part of our team.
DANIELLE LEFEBVRE, Claims Adjuster
Danielle Lefebvre joined the team in December 2014. She holds an all lines adjusting permit from the AMF and has a cumulative 27 years of claims experience while working for various insurers and claims adjusting firms.
Her diverse background allows her to handle files in many areas of activity, for both field work and telephone investigations. Her sound technical knowledge is recognized and appreciated by her colleagues.
ALAIN ROBERT, Claims Adjuster / Examiner
Alain act as TPA (Third Party Administrator) for Lloyds of London and Intact Insurance claim files. He counts on a solid experience namely as team leader in commercial insurance claims as well as in general and professional liability claims. Alain is our primary claims examiner and works in close cooperation with Robert Plante to ensure technical and customer service compliance for all cases under management.
DENNIS COLLINS, Claims Adjuster
Dennis Collins is an all lines claims adjuster with 37 years experience as well. His particular area of expertise is in commercial general liability and professional indemnity insurance. Experienced negotiator, he represents all his clients in a most professional manner.
NORMAND FAUCHER, Claims Adjuster
After a career in the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and as co-owner of the Allen & Fugere adjusting firm, Norm came out of his early retirement and joined Rpmxpert in November 2019 and we couldn't be happier.
Norm brings 39 years of professonalism and experience in the industry and distinguishes himself by his acute sens of fairness and compliance.
BRIGITTE LEFEBVRE, Claims Adjuster / Coordinator
Brigitte is an experienced insurance broker who joined our firm in 2017 who has since obtained her all lines adjuster license. Her primary role is our claims coordinator, a position created to better setup new claim notices from reception to dispatch. This namely involves verification and coordination of policy declarations, endorsements and applications between brokers, coverholders, Lineage and our adjusting staff who will handle the actual claim.
MARINA SPIRIDIGLIOZZI, Executive assistant
Marina Spiridigliozzi is an executive assistant for corporate and admistrative affairs. She is also part of our in-house translation team who provides timely and effective support to our adjusting staff.
